Java Warnings

So I just joined a few hours ago and every time I click for a new page I get a Java Security Warnings

That's a screen cap with the warning. Why the hell do I keep getting them and how do I stop getting it. Never got it while snooping around before getting an account.

This is about a week or two old to me, there was an update recently with a silly resource draining bar at the bottom of the screen. The bar is gone, but the warnings continue. To be honest I'm starting to hesitate coming here because of it.
