Hey guys, I know this isn't really the place for quick questions, but I wanted to ask an educated place before I made a purchase.

I'm thinking about purchasing Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale, but I've only really been using Steam with games I can play using Big Picture. So my question is this, can I play it using a controller?

I have no experience with this specific game, but if it doesn't have native controller support, you can always use a program like Xpadder to convert controller inputs into keyboard and mouse inputs if you have to. It's not ideal, but it does work pretty well.

It was made to work with controllers. I tested with my Xbox controller and it works fine. The game has only 4 main buttons, plus the movement keys and pause, afaik.

this. the game is pretty simple when it comes to gameplay (such as no twitching and stuff) so using a controller will be fine.
