Long time console player, just bought a gaming PC. Could someone recommend some games that I can get on my PC that will look a lot better than it's console counterpart?

All of them? i mean it would be a really shitty port that didn't look better (oh hai there arkham knight)
Really it depends on the display you have. got a 1080p 22 inch monitor? probably not going to look huge amounts better, will probably run better though.
got a 4k projector? it's party time! (games will probably run a tad shitly)
But like Skyrim, GTA V, Witcher 3, Project Cars all have the potential (skyrim even on that 1080 monitor)
