Just got a new PS3, suggestions for games?

My birthday is right around the corner, and I got a brand new PlayStation 3 for Christmas. Unfortunately, so far the only game I own for it is Silent Hill: Homecoming. I need some suggestions of what games I definitely should buy. I've been thinking about Heavy Rain, InFamous, Oblivion, Skyrim, and generally everything that isn't Call of Duty.

I say the thread title and came in here to specifically recommend Heavy Rain; it's the whole reason I even bought my PS3 back in early 2010. Unique experience...

For exclusives I would go with: The Uncharted Series, Demon's Souls, Little Big Planet, Ico/Shadow of the Colossus HD

For other games (if you don't already have them), Red Dead Redemption, Batman Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, the Assassin's Creed series

As far as Skyrim goes FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GET IT ON PS3. There's a really bad problem with the way memory is used on the PS3 in regards to Skyrim's engine which makes the game all but impossible to play past the midpoint of the game because of framerate issues.
