I remember my one went a bit loco and wouldn't stop screaming so my dad killed it with a screwdriver.

So I guessing someone must of look at some product cycle and realise that now is the time to bring back the Furbies. Hopefully bringing back the Furbies will share the same fate when they try to bring back the Tamagotchi years ago.

Oh dear God, they're back. My brother had one of those years ago.... saying it was creepy would be an understatement. They just look......evil.

And $60? What, are they hoping some people will become nostalgic over evil in toy form?

With the black eyes you can't tell if it's looking directly at you at least...

Except that it's looking right through you now.

I remember having one of those when I was little.

I went to open the package when my older sister pushed me out of the way and opened it herself.
The first thing that creature said out of the box was "I love you"

It seemed to have a love for traumatic, violent actions.

In high school, I had a friend who had a Furby. She left it in front of the telly while she watched movies. Best thing ever was when we had a party, and someone came back in complaining that their car wouldn't start.

Furby: I'll get you a Satanic mechanic.

OMG. I love Furbies!

I had 3 as a kid, two normal and one of those baby ones. I could never get them to work together well, they just kept... laughing maliciously.

The one in OP's link does look scary as fuck mind :|

Oh please no not again. Not again! Those things creep me out.

I remember vividly that McDonalds shipped them with their Happy Meals when I was younger. It was then that I stopped ordering Happy meals.

Oh no no no no! Those things creeped me the hell out. Especially at night. It would randomly turn on, just like my talking Barney toy. I had to put both of them in the cupboard under the stairs. The price for that is insane.

I believe I had one or two of those when I was younger. Never thought they were creepy back then but now...I'm not so sure. The one in that picture looks like he's plotting something...

I still have my old nineties one. I'm sure I'd hate it now if I put batteries in it but I remember loving it as a kid.
Oh yes, I'm sure mine are still at my parents in the attic or something. I wouldn't dare make them work again, I think I'd cry myself to sleep.

They'd make for some great CreepyPasta stories.
