Mother of god....
But there is a flaw in this; If he's really immortal, then why hasn't he learned to act???
Perhaps, but I believe there's a difference between never learning to act and never wanting to. Think about all the horrible movies he's been in. There's a period between Bill and Ted 1 and the Devil's Advocate and the patches between the Matrix (the original; not the sequels (God, no); no one could be paid enough to act in those) and Constantine where he just lost all desire to enjoy himself in a movie, whether it was all the stupid romantic comedies and futile pretensions to "film" that he submitted himself to. Here's where Matthew McConaughey is doing it wrong; why bother acting in a movie you would rather not be in were it not for the paycheck?
And even more recently The Day The Earth Stood Still. Droning, pretentious rubbish as it was. Sure, he was a fan of the original, but he knew bloody well what kind of tripe he was in.
I think more actors should subscribe to the Keanu Reeves School of Whether to Act in A Movie or Not. At least, once they get into the esteemed "Sure, we'll pay to have you in our bullshit picture (insert either Keanu Reeves, Steven Seagal or Val Kilmer)" position in Hollywood.
