They are as much propaganda as anyone, we saw that in 2016 when they were more then happy to release Hillary's emails but Assange said they had stuff on trump that he wouldn't release. If the story is good you can bet the major news sources will report on it, especially depending on who it embarrasses. If it embarrasses democrats you can bet fox would report on it if it can be verified, and I'm saying report, not talking head.

Clearly there’s no way we can deduce which of his statements are lies based on context like “the FBI offered non-prosecution” and “the FBI has a known history of using pedophiles and sociopaths as assets to get whatever testimony they want.” None of this is important. We can only know that one of his contradictory statements is a lie, and can make zero judgement on which, as to do so would be granting validity to a liar. So, we must go with the null hypothesis that our society is just and the FBI is trustworthy.
