It's a mod for Half Life 2. It's meant to be really good.

whats not to get about the plot? your inside the mind of a mental patient, then it warps and its hard to tell if its you that are crazy, or your shrink is one of them.. i have yet to finish the game.. VERY scary.

I can't play Half-Life 2 on the PC, so I haven't played it. It looks like it would be fun though.
