Lab samples in StarCraft 2. [Spoiler!]

Firstly, I am unfamiliar as to where I should place this topic so I placed it here.
Secondly, this is my highly over the board speculation.

Any idea what will happen to the samples if by any chance it cracks its case? Do you think it will even have a part in the trilogy?

As for me, if you have been reading the diary written by Stetman on the Zerg sample, it says its been developing an eye (i think so, it does have a huge lump), had many zerg strains, complex cortex (the word cortex was also used in the overmind mission), which leads me to believe its going to be some organism that may have a role in HotS. Some kind of evolved zerg. In other words..the Overmind.

If you think about it, Kerrigan has been uninfested and all (and she still might retain some powers to control some parts of the swarm..maybe), maybe the introduction of the new Overmind might help her as regain control of the Zerg through the Overmind itself.

And we can't ignore the Protoss Sample either. What if they fuse/merge. Maybe that will spur the creation of the overmind? Yes, I know the Overmind is a bit far-fetched xD

Not sure what you mean by Kerrigan being uninfested. I hope that wasn't a spoiler... you should use spoiler tags if it is one.

Anyway, that would be interesting if it makes some difference down the road. I doubt it will but who knows. The crystals might become a part of the Hyperion and make it a super ship or something lol.

I think that the spoiler tag in the title was probably enough notice...

Also, they could evolve into something, but who knows if they're even keeping the samples? I mean, they've already found the ability to mind-control the Zerg, I think that the only way from there is down.

I guess, but then I wonder what the 3rd big test tube is for. Probably a hybrid sample?
It will be funny is Stetman is somehow the fault that the universe is going to die.

I think Kerrigan is the Xel'Naga now. How?
Well, we could say that when she was a ghost, she has purity of form (strong, physically and mentally), but when she was infested, she gained purity of essence. Maybe the artifact didn't really turn her into a human but into a Xel'Naga, hence the hair. Stukov wasn't because, well, he ain't better than Kerrigan...is he?
