LAN Parties

Okay, I'm starting to have these LAN parties, but I can't find very many good games. I'm also looking for people to play with. If you have any ideas post them here, and if you wanna play any PM me, I can game over the web.

Note: I like any type of game, as long as it isn't pay to play. If i have to buy the game I will, but I do not want to pay a subscription.

I'd probably say Urban Terror here, since we used to LAN party that back in HS when the teachers didn't look or were gone on the HS's comps.

Believe it or not: Terraria.
The main reason I've logged over 300 hours on that game (besides leaving it running when I'm away at class to try to get that fucking King Slime to spawn, pre-1.1.x) is because it's LAN-capable.

Goddamn it. I saw the thread title, and for some reason, my first thought was that LAN stood for L.A. Noire. I thought you were throwing parties where everybody turned up in three-piece suits, cocked their fedoras sideways and drank like it was going out of fashion, and played detective games all night long or something. You've seriously no idea how disappointed I am now that I know this is not the case.

...That said, I also don't have much to post in way of on-topicness. I remember many good times with Minecraft and Left 4 Dead though, if you're interested in those.
