laptop and printer

bit of a long winded question, but can any one help, how can i use my printer via my laptop, my printer is set up to my pc.

Are both your laptop and printer on the same wireless network? And is your printer a network printer?

Did the printer come with an installation disk and / or manual?

If so, follow the instructions (sometimes you have to plug the device in before the software is installed or vice versa). Otherwise, download the driver from the manufacturer's website.

Also, what operating system do you use?

network with file and print sharing enabled, share the printer, install printer on laptop as a network printer
