I don't know, if they've been working on it for a PS3 release this entire time I don't think they would scrap everything they did to make it a PS4 release instead. The architecture is really different, and it would probably take way more time to rebuild the game for the PS4 than to just release it on the PS3, even if the PS4 is out and needs games.Eclipse Dragon said:Sony keeps insisting it's getting made so I'm not surprised. I doubt though that it will be for PS3 when it comes out.
I'm more interested in the single five star rating... because apparently Best Buy had rating bots or somebody somewhere has extremely good connections and will vouch the game is excellent.
Edit: Never mind I can rate it myself. That's still a lot of faith to have in a product that hasn't and may never be released.
Ugh, his comments about the female protagonist bothered me so much. Particularly given the complete lack of truth in them. Having competed quite a bit in rock climbing when I was younger and having coached for several years I can say with utmost confidence that before puberty girls are more likely to be better than boys are. It's just a really ignorant assumption to makeMrHide-Patten said:The Last Guardian is one of those games that I don't get why everybody is excited for, possibly because my opinion is coloured by the knowledge that the creator is a tad sexist, but yeah. Sure Shadow of the Colossus, nifty game about Big Boss battles with a grand scale. Last Guardian, escort quest, what?
I dun get it, but there is a lot of stuff that goes over the top of my head that people enjoy for some reason, I guess this is just one of them.
As for what it means, it means jack. Duke Nukem Forever, argument invalid.
The problem is, we don't know how much they've actually been working on it, that also didn't stop Square from scrapping Versus and re-branding it as Final Fantasy XV for the PS4. Even if they have been working on it, I don't see Sony too keen to release a game for a system that's now "out of date" in their personal book, not when they can instead release it for the PS4 and sell systems to those who have been waiting all this time.Dirty Hipsters said:I don't know, if they've been working on it for a PS3 release this entire time I don't think they would scrap everything they did to make it a PS4 release instead. Sony let Gran Turismo 6 be released for the PS3 (and it would have been a big help to countering Forza and the 'no good games' argument) and they've always been the manufacturer who're more encouraging of supporting their consoles past their expiration date. I think they gave an interview recently about how they think this is going to be a great time for a lot of people to buy a PS3.Eclipse Dragon said:The problem is, we don't know how much they've actually been working on it, that also didn't stop Square from scrapping Versus and re-branding it as Final Fantasy XV for the PS4.
