In all seriousness though, I doubt valve will mess this up, I mean, how can you fail at something so simple as Counter Strike? Your thoughts? The TF2 situation is a bit of a mess, and yeah, I guess making it free is a good thing for alot of people, but it just means more microtransactions in the long run.

I'm not sure what to think about this. I like Counter Strike but i'm not quite sure it will stand up against the other FPS'S out there.

And i still want HL3. But this other than TF2 is the first non Half life game im really excited about.

What's this about a new Counterstrike? I never got into the game ("realistic" FPS's have never been my cup of tea, Battlefield aside) but if it's F2P, I'd definitely be willing to give it a shot.
