Hello all. I recently downloaded Pokemon Yellow in french to help me practice, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for other games that are easily found in french, or easily changed to french. I had a friend from Norway who said he learned English from playing Ratchet and Clank, and I thought that was awesome. I really like the idea of learning language through immersion, and video games are probably the most accessible form of immersion. So, any suggestions? Any thoughts on using games to help learn a new language?

On a serious note, I'd recommend only using video games alongside another learning tool, such as duolingo.com, as opposed to using it as your primary learning source. A video game can help you with the practical application of the language, but it still helps to at least know the theory behind how the language works first, if that makes sense.

Don't get me wrong, I am studying French in a university, it is more of a supplement to help expand my vocabulary and get me more comfortable with sentence structure.
