So. I'm a big Pearl Jam fan. But tbh I find a lot of their stuff outside of the hits to be very meh. Black, Betterman, Jeremy, Sirens, etc are some of my all time favorites. But even after so many years I just can't get into a lot of their stuff.

Also, I'm a fan of Five Finger Death Punch. But if they make one more song about being specifically being sad, standing alone or "not taking it anymore" I'll eat my hat.

Hmm, I guess my "favourite thing" would be Scald's Will of the Gods Is a Great Power. Least favourite thing about it would be the song 'Bilrost', I guess, since it's just a 20 second instrumental with not much worth. Also the wind samples at the start of 'A Tumulus' are a little too loud. Yeah it's my favourite album of all time, so I haven't got too much ill to say about it.

Of course I wasn't indeed aiming at cooking, but thinking about it cooking does really count. Especially baking, even more so. But lord I do transform the kitchen in warzone when I make a pie. Well, made, as I lack a proper kitchen now that I live on my own.

My favorite thing is manga. What I like the least about it is all the average-to-bad junk that gets released just because people don't appreciate the really good stuff out there. There's some excellent salaryman manga and OL manga out there that I have to import from Japan just because nobody's interested in publishing an American edition.

Stiener and Beatrix are a couple now, great! Eiko has (unofficially?) been adopted by Cid and his wife. A bit out of the blue, but sure. As for Quina, well, what did you expect? The other characters however...

- Zidane goes to see Kuja after the Lifa Tree goes berserk. Why are you going to Kuja? One, the Lifa Tree will probably kill you. Two, what are you gonna do? Are you gonna save him? The guy hurt you and your friends in unimaginable ways, killed thousands of people, destroyed an entire world and almost destroyed existence as we know it! Are you gonna kill him? Dude, you already defeated him, the Lifa Tree has gone crazy, this is a problem that will fix itself. Just. Leave. You've just cheated death and you've got a queen waiting for you, don't be an idiot. And how the hell did you get back out of that death trap?!

- Vivi dies, as expected... But has kids! Yay! WHAT!? Seriously!? Part of the drama of his character is that he's basically a terminally ill child. He is young, he hasn't lived a full life yet and he hasn't reached that age of maturity yet where he can find solace in his offspring. Give him a statue in Alexandria Square to commend his bravery or something, but don't give me this bullshit!

- Freya reunites with Fratley. Fratley?! Really?! That ass-hat? We haven't seen him since halfway through disc 2, he forgot about Freya through the magic of amnesia, Freya (badass as she is) has a weak moment, but then powers through it. Now you two are suddenly together again? Out of the blue? He left you just to pick a fight with Beatrix - there wasn't even a war going on at the time! He left you behind for no other reason than some 'wanting to be the strongest warrior' bullshit! What about all the bonding you did with Amarant? That initial rivalry slowly growing into friendship? Speaking of which - what's this shit about Amarant meeting up with Lani? Where did that come from?! Honestly, screw this!

I once read the ending to FF IX had like five re-writes - maybe they should've gone for six.
