Recently I've been seeing a lot of legality of this legality of that topics, and I'm wondering how a site that's supposed to be about gaming, decides to allow this, even though it is in off-topic discussion. So, there are two prompts here. Either A, tell me of your opinion of the legality of your mum in a bikini, or B, tell me your opinion on the allowance of legality discussions on a gaming discussion website.

While this is site is mainly focused at those who play games, it certainly isn't limited to discussing games only, or else we wouldn't have "Off-topic", "Religion & Politics", "Forum Games and RP" and "Advice" forums.

Of course it does have news-esque information, I'm just wondering at how many legality topics there are, and how popular they all become after just a few minutes. For example, I wasn't expecting many people to click on this topic, let alone answer it, I was more worried that I would get reported for being stupid and/or REALLY off-topic.

you cant be too off-topic in the off-topic section, its the entire point. anyway, legality threads arnt that popular, this site is all about sexuality. never seen a day where atleast 3 sexuality threads pop up
