LEGO Dimensions Not Starting

I got Lego Dimensions for Xbox One and it won't load past the title screen. It says "press any button to start" and when I do, all the text goes away and it loops the title music with the space background. I sat there for over 5 minutes and nothing changed. Before this, the game wouldn't load my save file because it said that the installation needed to complete and was stuck at 68% for four hours (it completed according to the Xbox One's system information, but in-game, it doesn't believe it's done).

The ONLY way to get rid of the screen is to unplug the xbox one, plug it back in, run the game again, and watch the ENTIRE INTRO MOVIE OVER AGAIN. This has happened twice without fail. It looks like NO ONE else on the internet is reporting on this, so I am reporting on it here.

I called Lego and WB Games and the support rep had me cold reset the Xbox One. To do so just power off the system then unplug the power cord for about 15 seconds then re-plug and try the game again. I noticed that after you press any button on the controller it prompts you to login to your gamertag and as soon as you do you see a quick message saying connecting to Lego servers or something. I think that is where the issue is. Something tells me it was ultimately my WiFi connection that was not working correctly and the cold reboot of the system forced it to reconnect to my WiFi router. That is just a hunch though. The cold reset alone was enough to resolve this. I hope that helps others. If you still have issues call WB Games (410) 568-3680

I do still believe this is in fact a bug that WB Games should patch. I suggest more people keep calling them and reporting this issue. Only then will they actually have their Dev Team create a patch/fix for this. Oh and also, make mention of the inability to skip that Long INTRO VIDEO! So anoying!!!
