I'll play...

TellTale's The Walking Dead: Couldn't finish it, might be good, I couldn't find the good in it, well I guess it was good that I got it on a Steam sale.

Dreamfall The Longest Journey: Have not played this, but adding anyway cause I have it and really want to find the time for it.

Bully: Love it, what can be said about Bully? Other than get it if you don't have it.

The Last of Us: Good story if not predictable, but not the messiah of games.

Blacklight Retribution: Only played Tango Down, horrible consolized FPS, 42 minutes playtime is what the cost of that one got me.

Burnout Paradise: SQUEEEEE!!!! Probably th greatest racing game I have ever played and one of my top games of all time.

Mine are:
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series
Metro 2033/Last Light
Papers, Please
Faster Than Light(FTL)
Call of Juarez Reverend Ray is one of the greatest characters in gaming.
Amnesia: The Dark Decent
X-Wing, Tie Fighter, etc.
Outlast
Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of The Earth
BioShock series
Dear Esther
Gone Home
Chronicles of Riddick series
Cysis and Crysis: Warhead
Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon
Among The Sleep
Ghostbusters: The Video Game

That's enough, my list of favorite games is huge and spans decades.

BioShock series I thought Bioshock 1 was ok but really liked Infinite.
Dear Esther Didn't like it.
Gone Home Honestly couldn't get into it.
Chronicles of Riddick series Loved the films but yet to play the game series.
Cysis and Crysis: Warhead I played Warhead and liked it but it didn't blow my mind

OMG this is so cool... Wait, what? That guy's passport deviated a single letter and that means he's a fraud, i thought it was a speck of dust. And that woman's weight differs 1 kilo from her normal weight, that shouldn't mean ... Wait, this guy literally does not look like his passport photo AT ALL, he's a fraud. Oh he's not? RIIIGHT...

I love this game but man the pixelated style did not help, at ALL. Never finished it and I'm not about to go through the frustration of having to complete every level perfectly in order to buy medicine to keep granny alive.

Faster Than Light(FTL)
Stardate 1564865645256425457.64552545/1 I am the last survivor on this ship. All my crewmen were struck by the stupid virus and got sucked out the airlock. I am the laughing stock of all the space captains, since they all ran into 7 slave traders before warping out of the first galaxy. At least I don't have to deal with the weekly talent show their crews seem hellbent on having.

Absolutely love this game, but the randomness of it does not give me a consistent experience. Too much is based on luck for me to consider finishing this game. But i would love the everloving shit out of an 'endless' mode.

Amnesia: The Dark Decent
I pooped

Outlast
I do not seem to be running out of poop and the cleaning bills are getting ridiculous.

BioShock series
I can shoot bees!

Loved it, this was the first game that very succesfully crossed genres in my eyes. Having never played systemshock or deus ex before...

Dear Esther
I was awestruck playing this for the first time. Loved it and it has opened me up towards more experimental games. Visually astonishing!

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon
The game every saturday morning cartoon wished they had. I hated far cry 3 but this one made up for it.

Among The Sleep
WHY DO I KEEP POOPING MYSELF!

Ah memories, Was too crap at it as a child to get very far but have not gone back since I have been older, though I do remember having a good time with it.
- Beyond Good & Evil
Got this a year ago off GOG, have not gotten to far into it but it seems like it is as good as people say, it has that 6th gen charm that I really like.
- Wolfenstein : The New Order
FUCK YOU GAME, I am NOT going to waste 50 gigs on a level based shooter, you are not an open world game or long RPG why do you need that much Hard Drive space
- Infamous
An impulse of completionism is getting me stuck in this one but other wise I like it.
- SSX, SSX Tricky and SSX 3
It was ok, not really in to sports games, mainly played them because they were in a Bargain bin handfull my dad picked up
- Killzone series
I tried playing 2 after it got good reviews, found it kind of boring and frustrating actually, but the bit of multiplayer I played was fun
- Ratchet and Clank series
Ah even more memories, Loved the weapons in this one, like Jak and Daxter, was too shit as a child to get far enough and have not gone back as an adult
- Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2
LOVE IT, just everything, Also it got me into the Final Fantasy Series which i have had no major problems with, even the FFXIII Trilogy

I have never played an Ace Combat game before, at least to my knowledge. My brother was super into them, but I never really got into flight games until War Thunder.
Sly Cooper series
I used to play this back on the PS2 when I went to my friend's house, but I never picked up the game myself. I have a lot of memories playing it, but I kinda lost track of the series when I became more of an Xbox person.
Shin Megami Tensei series (main, Persona, and Spinoffs)
Persona? Now that is a series that I know gets a lot of attention, and it is another that I have never actually played. I hear good things about it, but I cannot really say anything more.
Borderlands Series
I love Borderlands, or at least Borderlands 2 at any rate. 1 was a great proof of concept, but 2 was the true refinement of the series. The pre-sequel was okay, but it didn't really do much of anything.
Saints Row Series
Never played 1 or 2, but I am a huge fan of 3 and 4. I just like to goof around in it, and the dialogue is pretty much perfect. Great games. Haven't played Gat out of Hell yet, though.
Xenoblade Chronicles
Another that I have never played, but I have heard of. There seems to be a lot of this going on here.
Fire Emblem series
See Xenoblade. Sorry.
Dangan Ronpa series
This one is special in the sense that I have never played it and I have never even heard of it.I really need to diversify what games I look at.
Mine are:
Halo series
Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 4
War Thunder
Dead Space series.
Hearthstone
Batman Arkham series
Mass Effect Series, but primarily 2 and 3.
BioShock series. Yes, even 2.

Half-Life 2: I liked the Ravenholm level and the barnacles. Not so much the HP/armor system though. 6.9/10

Mass Effect 2: Bioware basically gimped the biotic classes except maybe sentinel, but they also introduced Jack.
Overall my least fav ME game, but still enjoyable 7.4/10

The Last of Us: A bit predictable with the storyline, but the combat was really good. 8/10

Halo 3: ODST: Intresting gameplay variation and they introduced firefight. 7.6/10

Fable: The Lost Chapters: haven't played yet
Alien: Isolation: haven't played yet

- Dark Souls - a bit boring after about 20 hours, fun until then (6.8/10)
- Dark Souls 2 - One of my favs, mostly because of the massive supply of bosses. (8.8/10)
- Dead Space - Clunky controls, solid horror, good bosses (7.3/10)
- Dead Space 2 - I liked the flying bits (7.7/10)
- Dead Space 3 Fuck classic mode, everything else was fun, especially with rocket/mag flame/shockwave/sniper combo. (8.2/10)

- League of Legends Never played
- TellTales the Walking Dead - never played, but I don't like gameplay being sacrificed for story.
- Darkest Dungeon - Never played
- Skyrim - Destruction magic was gimped to hell, boring after 30 hours, interesting until then (7.2/10)
- Team Fortress 2 - never played, not really into PVP
- Pokemon Omega Ruby Never played
- Alien: Isolation - never played
- Epic Battle Fantasy 4 - 3 was better, just enough fun to make it through one playthrough. (7.1/10)
- Katawa Shoujo never played

My favs
Borderlands 2, Witcher 2, Tetris Splash, Bulletstorm, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Dark Souls 2 and Demon's Souls, and Dishonored.

I haven't played The Last of Us or, Alien: Isolation yet. Anyway,

Half-Life2 - The first time I played this was on the Xbox 360 as part of the Orange Box bundle. I had a lot of fun with it and was surprised by how lengthy the game ended up being. I wasn't used to an FPS being this lengthy and I can't recall any that have matched the length of Half-Life 2. It was pretty damn fun too but I haven't gone back to it in a few years.

Mass Effect 2 - This one grew on me after a while. I didn't appreciate the action-over-RPG choices at first but again, it grew on me. What I really liked about ME2 was the extreme actions you could take during certain conversations. They weren't quite QTEs but the results were almost always entertaining. Loved Grunt, didn't care for Samara or her daughter, absolutely missed Liara...dammit...but Thane was my favorite newcomer.

Halo 3: ODST - I appreciated what ODST did when it comes to how it presented the various character plots. Like most other Halo titles though, I had the most fun when I was in a vehicle and found most of the other sections to be either a bit tedious, especially when confronted with Brutes. I didn't care for the new floaty alien things too much and overall, I preferred Reach. ODST hasn't got any Flood that I remember so for that alone, it's number 2 in my top X Halo titles...at least until they finally make Halo: Vehicular Combat

Fable: The Lost Chapters - I haven't played the original version of this but I think it's included on the Anniversary remake on the X360...and from what I remember of the original and what I remember of the 360 version, I don't like how the game seemed to be unpolished..,maybe the Xbox version didn't suffer the same frame-rate issues as the 360 version but anyway, when I was a kid I enjoyed the original Fable. I played it to the end but for the 360 version I played it up until you kill the giant bee, got bored and moved on to Dragon Quest VIII or something...I really don't remember.

Assassins Creed 2 - I haven't played Assassin's Creed 4 yet but out of the 3 that I have played, this was my favorite. I haven't come anywhere near 100% completion but I remember unlocking Altaire's armor. It was a pretty fun game and fixed everything wrong with the first game which, controversially, I also really enjoyed. It's too bad Assassin's Creed 3 came along and messed most of that good will up.

Fallout 3 - I feel like this one is more open and has a more welcoming world than New Vegas. You can literally go anywhere without the fear of giant flies murdering you. I remember the bigger events a bit more vividly in this version than New Vegas as well. What I really liked about this one though is that I live in the Capital Wasteland (well, I did when I first played through this game). I lived in Germantown which does have a police station. The Maryland half of DC really is full of Deathclaws in real life (freaking Olney man) and, I had a lot of fun wandering around the virtual representation of my own personal stomping ground...even if I was technically a Virginian.

- Dark Souls
(Going to be honest. I HATED this game when I first tried it. Couldn't figure it out, asked for help from friends and online, and got mocked. Gave up on it for years, but I came back to it and got the platinum because...)

- Dark Souls 2
(Of this game right here! I played Dark Souls II, got really good at it, and went back to the first one and stomped it into the ground. Love both of these games)

- Dead Space
(Picked it up when Dead Space 2 was but a few weeks away. Good solid game. Loved the twist. Not the wife one, the other one. I found the idea behind what was happening much more terrifying than anything in the game though)

- Dead Space 2
(Isaac can talk. Just once, I would like to be able to save NPCs who are being attacked by monsters if I react fast enough. I shoot that Puker who's attacking that nurse before he even spits every time, and she still dies)

- Dead Space 3 AS IF! THIS GAME DOESN'T EXIST TO ME YOU HEAR??
(Yes it does. I didn't think it was horrible, but it's certainly the weakest of the three. I'd still like to know what happens now that Earth is under attack. No, I don't take the DLC to be just a dream like so many others)

- League of Legends
(Uh...never played it. I'm not a PC gamer, but from what I've seen, I'd stay far away. Community doesn't seem too nice)

- TellTales the Walking Dead
(Nope. I don't want my heart ripped out with the feels, thank you.)

- Darkest Dungeon
(The what now? Is it...dark?)

- Skyrim
(Yes. All of the yes.)

- Team Fortress 2
(I like those 'Meet the whoever' videos they put out. Valve should make a short movie.)

- Pokemon Omega Ruby
(I have two friends that would love to play against you, but I stopped after the count went above 151.)

- Alien: Isolation
(Of course it ends like that, because this is an Alien game. Great game, but come on...!)

- Epic Battle Fantasy 4
(Is that like, Epic Rap Battles of History or something?)

- Katawa Shoujo
(The what now?)
Hm...I'm not sure. I guess:

Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy VII
Suikoden
Suikoden II
Final Fantasy X-2 (Shut up, it was fun!)
Dragon Age II (I like Merrill, and sarcastic Hawke is amazing)
Mass Effect
Mass Effect II

Skyrim
Diablo
Diablo II

I'm sure there are others, but those are what have popped into my head.

Your post popped up after I posted mine...oh well, I'll still do your list...but a problem arises since I've never played Dark or Demon's Souls, Tetris Splash, Borderlands 2 or The Witcher 2...

I never played Borderlands 2 because I didn't like the original

Bulletstorm - I would have liked this a bit more if it were more like Serious Sam or Painkiller but this was still the most fun I've had with a FPS in a long while. It's a really fun and engaging game and the point system made me want to go back and try for different, unique kills.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist - I felt weird about this game...it seemed like no-kill runs were impossible and that kind of put me off. I played a bit of it and just couldn't stay invested. I felt really satisfied when I could ghost through a section of the game but I just couldn't get into the game overall.

Dark Souls 1 & 2: Played more of 2 than of 1; wish I could invest more time in either one of them *sees Spring Break over the horizon* Jackpot!

Dead Space 1, 2, & 3: Only played the first game... and was surprised about how much I ended up enjoying it in general... Might play 2 if I had a copy, though...

League of Legends: Really dig the character designs... and that's about it since I've never played it...

TellTale's The Walking Dead: Only played the first season and enjoyed it immensely... while season 2 episodes were coming out, that is...

Darkest Dungeon: Pass...

Skyrim: Love the soundtrack... but have never played it myself...

Team Fortress 2: Been a while since I've played some TF2...

Pokemon Omega Ruby: My favorite Pokemon game to date! Still need to play the Delta episode, though...

Alien: Isolation: Played some of it on my cousin's PC... Already convinced that it was a great game...

Epic Battle Fantasy 4: Pass...

Katawa Shoujo: One of three VN games that I loved more than I thought I would... Enough said...

Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and 2.5: I loved the first game, but I heard the sequels were terrible so I avoided them.
Catherine: I love Shin Megami Tensei and Persona, so this should have been great, but it was a dull, poorly-designed, repetitive game which I stopped playing within a few stages.
Jak and Dexter: Very fun series, though the sequels were somewhat disappointing compared to the first game.
Rayman: Awesome games with lots of challenge and imagination.
Persona 3: FES: Persona 3 and 4 were excellent, but this was kind of bad. It was ridiculously easy, repetitive, lacked a plot and point, had very few of the features that made the other games great--I missed the character interactions and the development of relationships.

Favorites not previously mentioned:

Mario, except the R.P.G.s, 3 and Yoshi's island
Zelda 1 through 3, Twilight Princess and Phantom Hourglass
Little King's Story
Bionic Commando and Rearmed
Popful Mail--just beat this a few days ago, the harder American version
The Evil Within
Little Nemo The Dream Master
Punch Out
Bayonetta
Wing Commander
Batman The Animated Series for the SNES, definitely fucking not for Genesis
Resident Evil 4, 5 and Revelations
Shadow Hearts
Smash TV
Umihara Kawase
Street Fighter 2, 4 and Alpha 3
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Sam and Max
Day of the Tentacle
Quest for Glory, except 2

Kingdom Hearts 1.5/2.5 HD ReMIX

-I've only played KH 1 and 2. With the exception of KH2's Little Mermaid World, I thought they were decent enough games. My only real complaint is that they broke the series up too much...if you don't play the supplementary games (i.e. Chain of Memories and such) you'll be almost completely lost regarding the story.

Catherine

-Never played it, from what I've seen though it looks rather strange...what with a giant butt monster chasing you up a platform puzzle and all.

Sonic Generations

-I haven't played a Sonic game since Sonic Adventure 2...though I heard this one was actually rather enjoyable.

Jak & Daxter Collection

-Never played this series, sorry.

Tales of Symphonia

-Nor this one, sorry again.

Rayman Origns/Rayman Legends

-And another I have no experience with, though I've heard good things.

Rez

-Never even heard of this one.

Child of Eden

-Nor this one.

The World Ends With You

-I've heard of this one, but all I know is that this is a title that exists. :p

LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga

-Never played any of the Lego games, but from what I hear they're an absolute blast.

Persona 3 FES

-Haven't played any Persona games...but people seem to absolutely love them.

Super Smash Bros.

-Come on, who doesn't love some Smash Brothers? :3

Corruption of Champions
-Oh-ho-ho! You're a dirty, NAUGHTY boy, aren't you! Hehehehe, I wonder how many people know what this is...I don't know what would surprise me more: if a lot of people know what it is or if only a few people know what it is. :p
As for my games:

-Mass Effect Trilogy

-Dragon Age Trilogy

-Skyrim

-Tenchu Z

-Dynasty Warriors (the series, really)

-Dynasty Warriors: Empires (the spinoff series :p)

-Warriors Orochi Trilogy (the cross-over series. :3)

-AvP2 (the one on the PC from way back in the day)

-Diablo 3/Reaper of Souls

-Bauldar's Gate

-Planescape: Torment

-Arkham City

-FF4, 6, 7, and Tactics (the original Tactics on the PS)

-Dead or Alive

Annnnnnd that's about all I can think of off the top of my head.

I think FF8 was the FF game I played but it was so long ago the only things I remember is summoning a big demon guy and dragon thing (I think) so I can't comment on these

Dragon Age II (I like Merrill, and sarcastic Hawke is amazing)
I didn't hate it as much as a lot people did. I thought the story could have been interesting. Playing the big sis/bro just trying keep her family and friends safe (and unfortunately failing at that) while getting caught up in bigger issues was a nice change from big god-dam hero out to save the world. Unfortunately I didn't like most the characters or the combat. Many of the sarcastic Hawke options made me want to slap them. Also blood mages! Blood mages everywhere!

Mass Effect
Combat was shit but characters where ok and I mostly played for the world building.

Mass Effect II
Combat was better but I think it was streamlined a bit too much. I didn't like shift to being more "Hollywood" for lack of a better term and some of the plot details where stupid an unnecessary enough to annoy me.

Mass Effect III
Combat was great, a good compromise between 1 and 2 and I liked the plot better than the 2nd. Had some amazing moments (like Morden's death).I played after the extended ending was released so while I didn't like the ending (especially synthesis which was put forward as the best choice) it wasn't enough to kill the whole game. While not perfect (Kai Leng makes me laugh and the opening scenes of the game annoy me for a couple of reasons) the rest of the game was fairly solid. I wish they would have done more with indoctrination, not just with Shepard (that could have been interesting) but in general. It seems like that should be their most terrifying weapon because you don't know who your allies are any more and it should be sowing paranoia and chaos.

Skyrim
Like most of beths open world games I like them as a platform for modding though Skyrim isn't too bad a base game either...apart from the main quest being easy to break (without modding), that isn't acceptable.

Diablo
Diablo II
Decent games though not among my favourites. I don?t really get into looting and find better weapons all the time which is part of the appeal of diablo.

I'm sure there are others, but those are what have popped into my head.
Some of mine though as I've said before I'm bad at picking favs

DS1
DS2 (though not quite as much as DS1 although duel wielding being viable now is fun)
X-Com: EU
ME3
Tomb Raider reboot (despite my misgivings about the lack of actual tomb raiding and puzzles)
Transistor
DA:O (up until the F-ing deep roads)
BG2 (nostalgia!)

No doubt there will be several posts before this one anyway.

I thought of some more favorites, and it looks like my post got lost in the shuffle so trying again:

Dark Souls 1 and 2: Very bland, boring games with uninteresting worlds and repetitive gameplay. Challenging on the surface, but I suspect that if I cared enough to learn how to play, they would become a lot easier.
Mass Effect 3: Bioware ruined the combat, made the worst ending ever and frankly, it has made one good game since Knights of the Old Republic.
Tomb Raider reboot and Transistor: Both fun, but repetitive games. I loved Transistor's style, too bad the combat in both games was kind of boring and exploring was a lot more fun than actually playing the games.
Dragon Age Origins and Baldur's Gate 2: Complex R.P.G.s, very challenging and fun.

Mario, except the R.P.G.s, 3 and Yoshi's island
Zelda 1 through 3, Twilight Princess and Phantom Hourglass
Little King's Story
Bionic Commando and Rearmed
Popful Mail--just beat this a few days ago, the harder American version
The Evil Within
Little Nemo The Dream Master
Punch Out
Bayonetta
Wing Commander
Batman The Animated Series for the SNES, definitely fucking not for Genesis
Resident Evil 4, 5 and Revelations
Shadow Hearts
Smash TV
Umihara Kawase
Street Fighter 2, 4 and Alpha 3
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Sam and Max
Day of the Tentacle
Quest for Glory, except 2
Space Quest
Gabriel Knight, only the first one
Leisure Suit Larry
Gateway
Superhero League of Hoboken
Spellcasting
Leather Goddesses of Phobos
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Doom
Duke Nukem 3D
Necrovision
Vice City
Half Minute Hero
Dynamite Headdy

Some of mine though as I've said before I'm bad at picking favs

DS1
Liked the atmosphere a lot. Could not push myself to play through it though. The "makes you wanna keep trying" thing did not happen to me.
DS2 (though not quite as much as DS1 although duel wielding being viable now is fun)
Never tried it since I never finished the first.
X-Com: EU
Excelent customizable game. Hours of fun for the whole squad, till they die to a bad panic attack.
ME3
I enjoyed the first game more.
Tomb Raider reboot (despite my misgivings about the lack of actual tomb raiding and puzzles)
Not at all my cup of tea I'm afraid.
Transistor
Desipet everyone seeming to love it, I've never, seen, heard or least of all played any of it.
DA:O (up until the F-ing deep roads)
When playing, I felt like I was gimping my A.I companions instead of the other way around. I am probably not to good at thoose kind of RPGs.
BG2 (nostalgia!)
I gave this one a shot. Didn't understand anything gameplay wise (I've never learned the DnD mechanics...). But I loved the writing, it was very well done.

No doubt there will be several posts before this one anyway.
My favourites are.

The STALKER series
The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
Valkyria Chronicles
Jagged Alliance: Back in Action (with a bit of role play, that game is so much fun)
Every handheld Fire Emblem game released in Europe.
Far Cry 2 (has the BEST main menu music aside from Battlefield Vietnam)
Civilization 5
Advance Wars 2

Dark Souls - Just completed this last month. Brilliant game, once you've got started (I bought it in a sale, played for two hours and didn't play again for about 9months - once I 'got' it I put in about 90 hours in the space of one month). Lots to appreciate in the game, but found the story and the way the story was presented did nothing for me, and found the game got significantly easier as you progressed. Oddly my wife became addicted to watching me play the game and insisted I play every evening, which is odd as she's usually all about us going outside and getting some exercise.

Dark Souls 2 - Waiting to get a next gen console before playing it; have heard the locations and bosses aren't as good which were the two main elements I enjoyed in the first one, so...we'll see.

X-Com: EU - Loved Laser Squad on the ZX Spectrum, in comparison was not such a crazy fan of X-Com, though it was good. The new one is one of those games I need to put more time into; played a couple of hours but it didn't really grab me, squads seem too small and seems a little on the simple side for this kind of game - but I need to play more.

Tomb Raider - I enjoyed it, but felt it suffered from having too much money spent on it. We don't need cut-scenes with things exploding, collapsing, impaling every thirty seconds. Generally I liked the new Lara and the direction it went, but with the amount of bad fortune she suffered, about halfway through I mentally reskinned her with Wile. E. Coyote and from there on in started to regard it as a comedy.

Transistor - not played, looks really good, my personal rules on buying games say I need to at least attempt to finish Bastion first.

Dragon Age: Origins - Best RPG of the last generation (with Dark Souls) Love the story and characters and enjoy the combat a lot.

BG2 - I'm assuming this is Baldur's Gate, in which case I haven't played it.

OK My list, I'm going to keep it modern:

Rayman Origins
Street Fighter 2/4
Splunky
F1 2014
Geometry Wars (1,2,3 take your pick)
SSX
Deathsmiles
Bayonetta
Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed
Virtua-Fighter 5

Oddly enough the panic attacks made me like it more but that was only because by shear luck I got a medic named Jesus (I didn't name him) who got shot and killed by his own team-mates and I found that way funnier than I should have.
