Arrogance in general, really. I have a friend who feels the need to one up everyone. I told him I got New Vegas the other day, and was telling him how pumped I was. He proceeded to say "Well, I got New Vegas and the pre-order pack from Game Stop." He was quite smug with his tone of voice.

Another instance:

A different friend and I are discussing Dragon Age. He asks me how much play time I have on my file. I tell him that I have around 30 hours. The friend I mentioned earlier, who is not a part of the conversation at all, leans in for a moment and says: "Well, I have 45 hours." Thanks for the update.

Yet another instance:

I bought the Orange Box not too long ago. I brought up the fact that I got it to this person so that we could play TF2 together. His initial response: "You just got that? I had it when it came out. I was one of the first people on TF2." (I think he was lying about that last part just to try and impress me.)

Yea, arrogant people really get on my nerves.

And, by the way OP, your avatar is amazing. Thought I'd mention that.

A lot of little things piss me off. It's just the easy simple stuff. My thought is:"How could you fuck this up?"

People who ask/chew gum.

The day I go to school and not hear "Do you have gum?" "Can I have gum?" "If you give me money I'll give you gum." or anything related I will die a happy man.

Nope, the days usually fail at first period.

Some people don't like the Beatles? This is news to me. I thought they were impossible not to like, like Star Wars(The Originals, at least)

I'm as shocked as you, not only did the guy say he thought the jonas brothers vertion of hello goodbye was better but he needlesly added that the beatles were "morans", seriously thats how he spelled it.

I have a friend like that, but I think she's more of an attention seeker. She tries to one up everyone over the most stupid things. There was me, her and another friend and for some reason they were talking about their childhood. One of my friends, who has MD, said his childhood was difficult because he was in and out of hospital and in a lot of pain and how he hated being confined to a wheelchair.
My other friend came back with, "Yeah, that's nothing. When I was growing up, my mum was upstairs stoned out of her face and I had to play outside near druggies who lived on my estate. I'm soooooo badly done to."
So yeah, people like that.

also, British people who use American words and spellings. I don't know why it annoys me when I see Brits spell 'mum' as 'mom', probably because I had a couple of friends who watched too much Disney TV and kept spouting stuff like "I was on the side walk when I dropped my soda into a truck!"
English people who put random Japanese words in their speech too. Today I feel so KAWAII! Hai, I'm Emilee-chan, I love my Teddy-chan!
Nooooooo!

I don't think anyone should be the judge of what I get angry at. If I'm angry, there's a reason for it.

Vans.

They are just...there. Slow, slow to turn, clumsy, and they always act extra careful because...you know, there might be chemicals in there. -_-

YouTube comments. And this one isn't going to make me popular, but vocal atheists. I'm not religious, but I find vocal atheists worse than any of the religions. It's this "Holier than thou" attitude, if you'll pardon the pun. I understand there are hundreds of them on this forum, so to clarify, I mean no disrespect to you or your beliefs. But come on... even atheists must find Richard Dawkins an unbearable jumped up little prick? No? Just me? Damn

Nah I know exactly what you mean mate. Those are the same people that use the 'God Bless You' after they sneeze against you and sneer down you like you're muck.

Pricks.

I hate anybody who presses their belief onto others, that goes for atheism to. Though I do give them a bit more slack, as their "beliefs" are based on logic and not myth and superstition. The main problem is when people preach how they are the "one true religion" makes me want to punch them in the face.

I find anyone who feels the need to be overly vocal about their beliefs to be an annoying douche, be they christian, muslim, atheist, pro-life, pro-choice, republican, democrat, etc.

Exactly my point. Atheists seem much more.. well let me put it "enthusiastic" about getting their point across than most others (to me at least). To quote Dave Gorman "I don't care what people believe in, as long as everyone's nice to each other!"
