Looking for a Low-key, More Casual RPG with Good Graphics

What I want is sort of like Morrowind, a game of stunning beauty, and also a game that can be played with combat put aside. I mean, I love combat, but I just want a break. It would be nice to appreciate the great graphics and beauty of something for a while before launching into a flurry of attacks.
Also, I don't really want something with just bright colors or really pretty flowers or cute anime eyes. I want true beauty, something that can make you say, "Wow, that's beautiful." Something that you can look at and just tell that the programmers spent a lot of time on it. Something that can make you laugh, cry, admire.
Any ideas?

OT: I'd probably say Mass Effect- if you want a more cRPG-ish experience, try Dragon Age (Although it's graphics aren't revolutionary, they can do the job).
