Looking for Pokemon Soul Silver help.

Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone is willing to give me their freind code and set up a time to trade a Heart Gold Kyogre to me, I'm using soul silver to get legendarys then im gonna transfer them to white then to black 2 if thats how it works anyways thanks for the help, also if you want I could breed you a chikorita, mudkip, or charmander for the trade just let me know I'm open to offers

Sadly I only have a single Kyogre, so can't spare trading it (for some reason every version I purchased which allowed for Kyogre or Groudon to be captured, it was always Groudon, the only Kyogre I have is from Emerald).

There is a user group for just this kind of problem.

If you're not against cheating just hack it. When I wanted to complete my pokedex I did because of those damn event only legendaries.
