Last night when I Downloaded the demo for the lunar remake, I was almost ready to piss myself because I was so excited, Lunar 1 is still to this day one of my favorite RPGs ever, and the fact that I hadnt played it in around 10 years.
But when I downloaded the demo I found myself just wanting to play the original, its not that the demo was bad, it was just not the same, I could sit here and go down the list of reasons on how it was different, but none of the things they changed are for the bad, except for changing Nall's voice, I was ready to kill over that, just really different, and the whole time I was playing it I was having an internal struggle like never before with a game, I enjoyed it and it kept true to my memories of greatness, it was just not the same and I didnt know if I wait for the game to come out or get on eBay, ebay won, because like with the FFIV remake on DS, for as great as it is, I just want to play the original and thats what I'm going to do.
What are your feelings on the demo, is it what yoiu were hoping for in a lunar remake, or if it is your first experience with the game, what did you think?
