Ok so I searched to check if there was anything like this and I came up empty handed. So I was wondering what game YOU would most like to play. You can choose the best things from other games or make up your own, whatever floats your gaming boat.
Title
Plot - Pretty self explanatory, what is your game going to be about.
Combat - Is your game going to have turn based combat, FPS, RTS etc etc.
Powers - Maybe F.E.A.R / Max Paynes slow motion, Alex Mercers Devastator attacks, or maybe just the type of moves your character will use.
Location / Graphics - What kind of location is your game going to have and graphics.
Audio - Rock music, techno, or maybe like fallout and have some old feel good music

Characters - Maybe you would like your character to be evil, steps on puppies and kittens he has taped to the bottom of his / her boots.
Enemies - What kind of people are going to be trying to stop you from completeing your game!?!?
Final Boss - Who would your final boss be and what Super Awesome moves would they have.
I know for a fact I must of left some of the most important parts of a game out, so just add them to your post. As for mine.
Plot - I would like to see a vampire game, never really played or seen one. I would have the main guy basically trying to find out who the vampire was that made him so he could take revenge yadda yadda.
Combat - The combat would be similar to Assassins creed but more expanded, and obviously different attacks.
Powers - You will be able to drink blood from humans if you so wish, or absorb the power of other supernatural creaters. You will be able to use your choice of weapon, guns, swords, bare hands / teeth.
Location - It would be set in one of the major cities around the globe, maybe you can travel to other cities aswell during the gameplay. It would be set in present day aswell.
Audio - The game would have instrumental rock like celldweller.
Characters - The main guy would wake up after the inital attack to find his family all dead and him the only survivor, promptly a vampire clean up team would arrive to cover up the deaths before the authorities and would explain what happened to him.
Enemies - The enemies would be a mix of all the best mythical creatures from all the old lore, Vampires, Werewolves, Ghosts, Zombies etc.
Final Boss - Would of course be the vampire who made him a vampire, cliche but who cares its my game. He would basically just be a super powerful vampire who can transform into a giant Batman (no pun intended).
