March 6, 2012 is Going to be an Expensive Day (According to Amazon)

I just got done checking Amazon and seven AAA games are, supposedly, coming out that day. Here's the list:

* Mass Effect 3 [$60 USD -- Collectors Edition $80 USD]
* XCOM [$60 USD]
* Max Payne 3 [$60 USD]
* Game of Thrones [$60 USD]
* Street Fighter X Tekken [$60 USD -- Limited Edition $70 USD]
* Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier [$60 USD]
* Silent Hill: Downpour [$60 USD]
* Adidas miCoach [$60 USD]

That's about $510 USD without sales tax. Guess I can skip buying things like food and gas so I'll have enough. So now, like me, you can feel free to comment with whatever unfunny things you can think of.

Thats just the end of the finical quarter. None of them have solid dates of release. So if they arnt cemented by March they will change it to the next quarter about September. So it just the admin thing.

Sucze my rage for one tic, downpour releases in March, here I thought Janurary would be realistic, welp serious Sam 3 will help my homicidal mind to be busy, until I kill the publishers. I don't even know how long I've had Mass Effect 3 preordered, but it's probably the only one of those I'll get that day. Max Payne 3 could be a day one purchase or later, but I'm not sure yet.

Yep. Buying none of them. Next game after the November of Paycheck Doom is Twisted Metal. After that I'm waiting for Guild Wars 2. I've purchased entirely too many games in the past 3 months to spend anymore on gaming.

ME3 is the only definite day one purchase of those for me, since I already have the collectors edition pre-ordered.

Street Fighter x Tekken is the only other one on the list that tempts me at all - the trailers for it have looked pretty sweet.

I'll probably wait for all of them. The whole Origin business is turning me off of ME3, so I'll wait for it to go down in price for 360, and I might get Max Payne once it's a little cheaper on PC.
