"Mark media you Tweet as containing material that may be sensitive" Twitter Question

So I want to post on Twitter some "sensitive" videogames and I found the selection above in the title.

If I check the selection "Mark media you Tweet as containing material that may be sensitive" on Twitter, does it mark all my tweets as sensitive media or I can select which tweets are later?

The few times I've popped into Twitter I've seen specific tweets marked as having sensitive media so I think it only applies to that specific tweet.
