Mass effect 2 problems

So i'm playing mass effect 2 again to get ready mass effect 3 and then after it loads, it shows a dark silhouette of Commander Shepard against the main menu screen. If have experience this and fixed it could you help. I would appreciated very much. Thank you.

Happens every so often, it isn't a problem. If I recall, it shows up during the comic, at least on the PS3, but doesn't prevent you from making any of the choices.
