Finally! the game has only been out since 2007!
I expect to see them at least tease the idea that the pyro might be a woman. failing that I'd like to see the pyro be extremely excited about finally getting his own 'meet the team' video and goes off on a huge rant about himself/herself but obviously you have no idea what they are saying.

If I remember correctly, Robin said that Meet the Pyro was going to show the TF2 world through the pyro's eyes. That was fairly recently too, at least he said that soon after Meet the Medic came out.
If that's the case, then I expect no questions to be answered about the Pyro's gender. It would make the pyro's gender even more questionable. The team will see the Pyro without the mask on, and will be horrified/confused. We, of course, will not get to see.
Beyond that, I expect lots of fire, mumbling, dead spies, and hilarity.

I hope for much the same thing as the fan-made Meet the pyro.
IE, Pyro screwing up everyone else's intros. Or just him/her/it screwing with the other classes in general.
