Memorable End Credits Music

I just hopped over from the Memorable menu themes thread to create this because I have some real doozies for this one! So, what games made you site through the entire credits roll because of the eargasmic soundtrack that haunts you to this day? SHARE!!!

Each one, whether it be due to the sheer power of the music or the nostalgic appeal that has not diminished, each one of these songs remains ingrained in my psyche.

Sorry, but yes, I?m going to mention Inside again! Lead sound designer Martin Stig Andersen did an amazing job throughout the entire game, but the ending, for all its ominous ambience, was the perfect way to bring that adventure to a close. Love or hate the ending, few who enjoyed the game overall will argue that it isn?t an incredibly dark and disturbing journey filled with ?OMG!!? and ?WTF?!? moments, so when it ends and you?re left with that ??, did that just happen??? feeling, and those solemn synths slowly kick in to say ?and THAT, dear observer, ends the tale of the boy in the red shirt,? it?s fantastic. And sad.

Basking in the ennui while listening to these soundtracks is one of those feelings I look for in every videogame I play. It's that cherry on top of the sundae, that thing you'll remember years after playing.

Even when I'm not listening to my own playlist, I'm usually oblivious to the game music. So I had to think for a long while to remember any.

Ignoring Portal 1's Still Alive because it's already been said.
I think Portal 2's credits are still good.

What no one has posted this yet? seriously thought it would be in the OP but here it is anyway.


Still the best ending credits to a game I have ever seen and one of the few that even sticks out. Also love how the trophy pops when he says have a medal. If you have never played the game some references may be lost but its still a really nice and fun end credits sequence.

As for end credits I remember purely because of amazing (not funny) soundtrack alone I dont remember any even on my favourite games of all time and ones that I know almost all the music for I cant remember the end credit music so they obviously paled in comparison to other tracks.

First time that ever happened with me was after watching Cowboy Bebop.


The next time was with me and my family after seeing Pirates of the Carribean

EDIT: Aw crap! Only game music huh? Well, I guess I can include the ending to Odin Sphere. I felt compelled to sit through all of that one as well.
