Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops - I lost my Mosin Nagant, is there anyway to acquire a new one?

So, I just completed the Python fight, but lost my Mosin Nagant in the process. I picked it up - actually thought it was just ammo, but the spy report for the MN is conplete - and then the guy who picked it up died vs Python. I cant load an old save, because I dont have any. I noticed too late and I never even go to try it out -_-

Will my tech unit eventually make one or can i do anything? Dont suppose there is a cheat this?

I dont plan to use cheats really but, for this weapon i would.
