In a few days, work is sending me far, far from home and when I'm not on the clock, I'll have lots of free time. That means I'll be getting to know my Vita a bit better.
I know the handheld has Guacamelee and Castlevania: SotN, but are there any other games I could play on it (PS1 classics, PSP games or Vita-specific) to whet my appetite for Metroidvania?
You know the type: 2D action-adventure games with RPG elements (XP gains, new weapons/moves, etc.) and an emphasis on exploration and access to new areas as your progress.
What else should I be looking into? I'm a little burnt out on JRPGs and I haven't snagged Soul Sacrifice yet.
