According to a link from blistered thumbs, the congress is apparently postponing this decision even further to what happened a couple days ago what with wikipediea blacking out it's site for the day.

It was already going to be postponed to next month. It might be postponed even longer now, but it doesn't mean we win. We're just safe now now.
