Sonic Adventure 2. In fact if there's one thing that has remained good about Sonic games, it's the soundtracks. The only game I can think of that didn't have a song I enjoyed was Secret Rings, but it was also made during Crush 40's hiatus, so I feel it wasn't up to par with the other 3D games soundtracks, and it didn't have the catchiness of the 2D games.

Final Fantasy X for me.
Love the OST from every other Uematsu FF game, but FFX is by far the best.

Xenosaga 1 - 3 also has some amazing music.
