There is no truly 'OP' character, but I would say that the level of effort needed to shut down Tryndamere is just a little too high to be fair.

I love Tryn, I once snuck into an enemy base while they were all busy and took down two towers. They respawn, I endless rage then tele out.Flying-Emu said:

Ryze and Tryn are fucking difficult to deal with.
Master Yi just kills me faster than I can blink, and when I manage to stun him with Tibbers he can just throw a sword at me and escape easily. Haven't managed to kill a competent player using Master Yi yet, even when spamming Disintegrate with flat magic pen runes and a fully stacked Soulstealer

ROFL @ people calling Tryndamere OP...
He has one of the worst laning phases in the game. A strong breeze can knock him over before level 6 when he gets his ultimate. Even after that, he's only a problem if your team can't stun him and can't count to 6 (the duration of his ultimate) to time their attacks properly. In fact, put those two together and just stun/root/silence him when his ult is almost over (so he can't spin away). Yeah, a fully farmed Tryndamere is terrifying, but why did you let him get so farmed? He has a terrible early game, mediocre mid game and only shines very late game. If a Trynd can get to late game without getting killed over and over again or at least getting denied farming and kills, then deal with it.
As for what's OP... well, nothing really. The days of Shaco and AD Ezra are long past. Some champs are strong against certain champs (e.g. Akali and Kass against squishy casters), but fail miserably against other champs (e.g. Akali and Kass against Tanks). Also, some things are strong against inexperienced players. AP Yi is a joke build against a decent team. Eve is a joke in general as soon as someone buys a Ward or an Oracle. But AP Yi and Eve will wipe the floor with newbies. But in general, I don't think there's anything honest-to-god overpowered.
One thing I never got was all the Garen whine. When I first started playing about 6 months ago, Garen was considered to be crap. In the following few months, he suddenly became god-tier unbeatable champ, but he recieved no buffs of any kind. Heck, he was even nerfed a few times. And now, the latest patch ran him into the ground. All due to the power of whining (and people checking bushes with their face)...
