They are dead, but obviously zombies are always hungry so therefore the food (read: us) must go somewhere and it's definitely not helping their complexion...
depends on the lore of the book, film or game I suppose. Without a proper digestive system they wouldn't survive very long, alla 28 days later, but seeing as they do not have the ability to feel pain or regenerate skin and wounds I would say in most cases no.
According to Max Brooks (Zombie Survival Guide) - no.
Their digestive system completely ceases to function, so the meat just packs as close together as possible then rots in their intestines. It may cause the stomach to burst with the sheer volume of flesh inside said zombie.
According to me - no. Their hunger is so great that EVERYTHING gets dissolved and digested so that nothing passes through the zombie.
At first, I was going to say that question is stupid and kinda funny, but the more I think about it, the more of a conundrum it is. For my first impression, I apologize.
Anyway, I think they'd have to. I mean, they eat, so that waste has to end up somwhere.
...ugh, I don't even what to imagine how horrible zombie waste must look/smell like.
