Umm currently the Comedian from Watchmen, hes like Captain America meets the "Dark Knight"'s Joker. He realises how messed up the world is and thrives in it, creating his own morality. Hes a rare "chaotic good" character. He does some really despicable things, but if you met him at a party or get together he'd seem charismatic and fun.

Ozymandias, obviously. Because he's the smartest man in the world, not to mention the fact that he's got the perfect physical form for a human. Also, he's got that really cool cat.
I would love to go into more detail but I wouldn't want to spoil The Watchmen movie, soon to be released.

Rorschach. He is certifiably insane but he has the integrity to stick to his morals without compromise. He is also one of the most resourceful mofos around. He killed a guy with cooking grease man!

Huh what are the odds that the first three posts would be Watchmen based? Apparently quite good, well its possibly the best thing I've read in years.

I blame you, you reminded me of The Watchmen and the awesomeness of Ozymandias.
Also, it is a little on my mind at the moment, as I've just bought tickets to see it at a minute past midnight, on the day of release, at the IMAX.

Shogo in Apollo's Song by Osamu Tezuka is a lot like the Comedian in some respects, but he's a Tezuka Troubled Anti-Hero doomed to rebirths because of his crimes against love. What those crimes are in particular is why I said he was like the Comedian, but in the end... ah, I better not spoil it for you. But I can tell you I cried.

Morpheus in The Sandman is a BADARSE. Even though he was imprisoned in glass for years, he didn't let time dull his anger, and he ended that magician's world in the first Sandman issue.

Starman is awesome too, he has goggles and a staff that shoots the energy of a star. And he has interesting adventures, in some cases adventures which involve him (literally) getting freaky.

OOH! And Russian Batman from Superman: Red Son, and the Joker from The Killing Joke. The Killing Joke is my favorite Batman story ever.

I know I'm only building myself up for disappointment but it was either go then or have to wait a month to see it at the IMAX, and there's no way I have the patience to wait more than 2 weeks.

Deadpool. I usualy hate any Marvel pricks who jump around defending democrasy in their tight costumes. Deadpool is different because he simply jumps around for the one with the biggest bank account. Compared with the other pricks in the Marvel Universe the dude have posibly the nastiest past, also is amoral, insane and love things that go bang. There is some insane charm in the immortal merc with big mounth and skin canser. Also he is neutral, he isn't the villian, but he isn't the hero eather.

I like the Comedian too.

I dunno. After that IGN review someone posted up I found a review by Blunty 3000 and he seemed more than impressed. Lets just have an open and remember that we aren't going to see the comic on screen

The chainsaw-nunchuk wielder from Doctor McNinja. Best joke supervillain.

OMAC: the One Man Army Corps is a pretty good superhero. He has the decency to announce that he will destroy a building before he does so. And then he actually does it.

Also, the Corinthian. Dude has mouths for eyes and creeps me out as a supervillain.

Agreed, I love his "comic sense" too.
