The Mummy for sure.
I was such a little twerp back then, the first time i heard those 'mummy sounds' i refused to move further, just standing there, gathering courage to take a few steps. After i got over my fear i blasted them away with my dual revolvers. hehe.

Bioshock

Seriously. What is scary about Bioshock?
The game was fun and deep in the story department, but at no point did I consider it to be even slightly scary.

people say that the first 30 mins or so are scary, but i do agree i was fine with bioshock
