i have been intrigued by that, my friend was telling me about the control system which does sound kinda cool! that is a definate one to look into.ChocoCake said:Everytime one of these threads pop up, I will say the same:

I don't care if the majority of people hate it, I like it. So there.
The control system can be weird and hard to get used to, but I found it really easy to use. The game is really enjoyable, there are parts in it that will make you mad, (such as the impossible task of getting through any of the levels beside the first few without dying.)Once you get past that though, it is really nice and enjoyable. I just picked it up again the other day and played around for a bit.suhlEap said:i have been intrigued by that, my friend was telling me about the control system which does sound kinda cool! that is a definate one to look into.

Because, idio... I mean people, got there hopes up and than thrashed out towards a game that failed to meet their ridiculous expectations, from being so over hyped... Thats why.B T A M R D said:I agree I have no idea how it got so much hate.ChocoCake said:Everytime one of these threads pop up, I will say the same:

Oh ya, the upgrade system is endless, not even joking. I just found out some more upgrade options the other day that I never knew of before.
Ya, I pretty much praise this game.
I agree in every regard but unless you a hard core strategy player their games will probably frighten you offStrategia said:Maybe not strictly underrated but rather niche and fairly unknown, but basically anything by Paradox Interactive, e.g. the Europa Universalis and Hearts of Iron series. True, but that should be obvious to anyone checking them out out of curiosity. So yeah, if you consider empire building fun but find Total War's strategic system to be lacking in depth, go for Paradox. Conquer the world, but watch out for pretenders, be prepared for peasant rebels and keep an eye on your trading opportunities (or just check the ledger every year and adjust your autosend priorities accordingly).Superlordbasil said:I agree in every regard but unless you a hard core strategy player their games will probably frighten you offStrategia said:Maybe not strictly underrated but rather niche and fairly unknown, but basically anything by Paradox Interactive, e.g. the Europa Universalis and Hearts of Iron series. has nothing to do with being underrated, but battlefield 1943 from XBLA and PSN is both cheap and loads of funsuhlEap said:i'm looking to get some new games soon, but am on a budget and want to know what games for the 360 are both cheap and good. any input would be very much appreciated!
