So much potential in all of these movies. So much rich material begging to be unleashed from the source. All of it was wasted. It brings chills to my spine and makes me depressed every time I think about them.

a thousand reaver ships come bombarding in behind him. "T-target the reavers. Target the reavers! Target everyone! SOMEBODY FIRE!". I can't help but put an evil grin on my face every time I see that.

That movies creeped the hell out of me, even more so when he closes the door and that face is right there.

The mass execution in The Godfather gave me chills. The contrast between the baptism and the murders was, to me at least, pretty powerful.

The scenes in Back to the Future from the beginning of the Enchantment Under The Sea dance all the way to the end of the movie.

The first sex scene in Boogie Nights between Wahlberg and Julianne Moore's character.

Artax's death and the ending of The Never Ending Story.

Any scene with Colonel Landa in Inglorious Basterds.

and Probably the epic final battle in Avatar. Cheesy? You Betcha. Amazing? I'd bet on it.

The ending of The Good Son
That whole movie was pretty impacting, but the ending was the best

One in particular would be George Sluizer's Spoorloos, which I maintain is one of the most harrowing thrillers ever put on film.
The contrast to this opening found later in the piece is rather jarring.
