Corpse Bride. God this is a boring movie. Zzzzz.....
Seriously though, The characters and songs are uninteresting. The overall plot is interesting, but there's nothing that keeps it alive.....so to speak.

Any movie where there isn't anything that keeps you awake.

All three "Matrix" films.

Wonderful premise that just puts me right the fuck out in its flimsy execution and stale acting.

Castaway. Tome Hanks stranded on an island with a volleyball. I thought there had to be something to it...like aliens or something. No.

There's also an atrocity called The Pledge. It looked interesting enough. Jack Nicholson, directed by Sean Penn. It was about a serial killer. It was the most anticlimactic movie I've ever seen.

.........

I wanted my time back after watching it.

Bile! Bile upon The Pledge

Any movie. I used to love movies, but now they bore the crap out of me, and so I avoid watching them whenever possible. What's funny is that I watch anime all the time, and my patience doesn't run even when I watch enough episodes to equal a movie's length.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that most of the shows I watch have subtitles, so I don't feel like I'm a complete zombie in front of the TV. It's still strange, though...

Very, very strange... maybe its just the types of movies one can be exposed to.
I'd still consider film the highest art-form available to man, as of the moment. A wonderous, beautiful monster it is... much like the internet.

The sad part is, I'm not sure that the movie actually bored me. I think the idea of the movie is what kept me from enjoying it. When I watched it, I kept thinking "I should be falling asleep." I wouldn't actually bile Castaway.

Blade Hunter. I have no idea why, but whenever I try to watch it, I fall asleep.
Which is weird because I really want to finish it.

Corpse Bride's a nice movie. The character design is fantastic.

Anyway, Citizen Kane bored the snot out of me. I know it's a classic but it hasn't aged well.

I know I'm going get burned by all the movie snobs on the boards, but if there ever was a cure for Narcolepsy 2001: A Space Odyssey would be it. Sure for its time it was a master piece, but seriously almost 3 hours long with just visuals, music, and very little dialogue will get me in the mood to hybernate for the winter.

Which? The first or revenge of the fallen? The revenge of the fallen was horrible.
I Almost loved the first, but it just fell short

No it's not just you. It's a good movie, but it moves.....so....damn.....slow..... plus the ending makes little sense.

I only saw the first one and after that, I don't intend to watch the second one.
Especially if you say it's even worse!
I dunno, I'm not big on CGI-action and bad dialogue.

16 Blocks makes me sleep, but I guess that's what they want. 16 Blocks is the slow script, Live Free Or Die Hard is the fast script.

Well let's see now. In no specific order it's Juno, Arizona Dreaming and I'm not there (Stupid name for a stupid movie, made all the worse by the fact that I love Bob Dylan). Though, I once taped a film off the tele (Back when I tried getting into anime, mainly because I'd rented steamboy after years of my own curiosity and love of the steampunk genre, and really enjoyed it), it was called...Nausicaa in the valley of the wind (I'm pretty sure that's what it was called). The voice-overs sent me to sleep (And judging by both the dialogue and mouth animation, I think dub or not it would've been slow) the animation wasn't much chop, it tended to go on and on a bit, it wasn't a bad movie, and the concept of a dystopian world where a horrible fungus spreads across the Earth was great, it was just quite boring (Interestingly enough, Shia Labouf *Not sure about the spelling* did the voice for some cocky pilot/love interest for the leading lady)

Amen brother. And it doesn't help much either when you live with a guy who once flew down to Melbourne just to see a Stanley Kubrick exhibition

To this day I have not finished these movies without falling asleep:

Power
Silver City
City Hall

Yep, political "thrillers" are my cure for insomnia.

The original Italian Job - it had a decent enough cast, but...it was sloooooow. I actually liked the new one better, and it's not often you can say that about remakes. Also, the second two Matrix films (trying waaaay too hard), and Das Boot. The fact that I was watching in German was the only thing that kept me focussed, aside perhaps from the awesome flood scenes. It was a shame, because it had some epic characters and excellent actors. It was just too long...
