For me, it'd have to be step brothers and Clerks 2.

They both always get a laugh out of me.

The Big Labowski, Hot Fuzz and any Quentin Tarantino movie.

I've watched those at least 15 times each

Avatar. I've seen it three times and it keeps getting better every time.

That's never happened before, usually two times is the limit, and then I can't watch it again for ages. But Avatar (I saw the 3D one) just keeps improving.
I thought Avatar was alright but for me the plot was just generic Sci-Fi tarted up with nice visuals.
Still enjoyed it but i don't know if i could watch it again any time soon

There was a time in middle school that I was watching Disney's Mulan every day. Yeah, I can recite it by heart.

But for more adult-oriented movies, I find myself watching the Ah! My Goddess Movie again and again, and Memoirs of a Geisha.

To prevent accusations of being a weeaboo, Leon: The Professional is probably my favorite movie of all time...OF ALL TIME!

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Kung Fu Panda, and Empire Strikes Back are my favorites that I can watch all the time. The Forbidden Kingdom, 4th and 5th Harry Potter movies, and the Matrix are all pretty close.

Cannonball Run, Die Hard, Shawshank Redemption, Happy Gilmore, A New Hope, Wrath of Khan. These are probably the worst culprits when flicking through the channels and oh, there's a good bit coming up.... 2 hours later you seen the whole film... AGAIN!

EDIT: Oh, how can I forget, Transformers: the Movie (animated and the only true Transformers movie).

Twister

That's a perfect brain-dead movie, with two major features:
1: Dodge vehicles benefit from a greater gravitational force. They stay on the ground when heavy machinery just flies around in slow motion
2: Tornadoes scream, but only when they're on-screen

There's quite a list:
Enter the Dragon, Ong Bak, Die Hard, the Blade trilogy, Donnie Darko, Evil Dead 2, Shaun of the Dead, Raiders of the Lost Ark, the original Star Wars Trilogy...
I'm sure there are others.

I think ones where its more action oriented stand up better to repeat viewings, whereas comedies don't (with the exception of Shaun of the Dead).
