Hey Escapist Community,

I'm a long time mtg player (invasion-block onwards) and although my friends and I have built and constructed several 'cubes' over the last few years, me and my mates are trying to construct a 'balanced' (not in terms of fixing) prismatic cube. Prismatic as in the emphasis lies in the multi-colour wedges of mtg (Allied and Enemy) and we want each of these colours to have a specific theme, archetype or otherwise. I'm looking for suggestions for cards and / or themes. Because this is focused on the multi-colour, the power nine etc, won't be taken into account. Also, multi-colour as in gold bordered, or hybrid.

Hope you might be able to give me and my group some insight.

Step 1: Find all the cards you can from any of the Ravnica sets or Alara sets.
Step 2: Create your cube.
Step 3: Profit (have fun). =P

I plan on having fun, I just want to make sure that its balanced enough to not break games when it comes to certain colours.

And focusing on Ravnica blocks or Alara doesn't mean its going to be a good cube.

I never said it'd be a "good" cube, but you asked for cards that the focus was for multi-colored cards. I don't know all the blocks by heart, but I do know that Alara and Ravnica are two sets that revolve around multi-colored cards/decks. I wish I could be more helpful but that's really all I've got. =P
