OK, I'll try to make this as less of a advertising campaign as possible, but if I go over the line, just let me know and I'll edit this post.

My friends and I are planning to do a show about nerd culture on our college radio channel, and while we have our shows and songs lined up for the upcoming weeks, we are looking for a large backlog of potential songs to play. We are looking for not only songs from video games, but ANYTHING from nerd culture, from a song from a video game trailer to a song from the Walking Dead to even the theme from Game of Thrones (This is why I made a new topic instead of looking at old threads; the topic here is much more broad). We are pretty much looking for anything nerd related, even if it involves a topic to discuss.

So, any help with this would be much appreciated. If you'd like to know about the show, just message me I guess. I'd rather keep it out of the forums in accordance with the rules.

You could see about playing some of the Miracle Of Sound songs as well, which may well bring people to The Escapist. Although you'd probably need to ask Gav or someone about using them.

These are all fantastic! And we actually have an interview with Miracle of Sound, and will dedicate a whole show to him.

Also, don't limit yourselves. Even if one of your favorite songs is on the radio stations in GTA, include it. We want ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. The more, the better. For example, it can be Johnny Cash's "Hurt" from the Prototype 2 Trailer, or ELO's "Evil Woman" from GTA 4's radio. We want to show how video games can include a vast variety of music.
