Ok so here's the thing, I've noticed there are some bands that I should NEVER be allowed to listen to when I'm out and about driving and wondered if anyone else has found a similar thing themselves?

I should not be allowed to drive a car when there are tracks by these bands in particular (they make my foot go flat to the floor...):

Pain
Static-X
Rob/White Zombie

(I checked the search thing so apologies if there's been a thread like this already and I missed it!)

Heh funny thing actually, I distinctley remember many occasions where my dad drove while listening to "Ram it down" by Judas Preist. I think the name explains why this might not have been a great idea.

Stuff by Children of Bodom isn't a good idea.
Neither is anything you mosh vigorously to, I can't do anything productive when listening to Gojira.

Cliffs of Dover or anything that will FORCE you to do an air guitar solo no matter what.

Beat me to it, especially the song Dragula.

Aside from them, I'd say almost any heavy metal band I like, get too pumped up and excited for driving like a civilized person.

Katamari Music. Instinct kicks in, and you'll find yourself with a Kia in your car's grill.

EDIT: Damn ninjas.

I'll revise and go with Tetris tunes--you'll be trying to fit your car into odd parking spots.

Ballroom Blitz by Sweet, because i think I would be inclined to start doing some dumb ass dance, which would impare my ability to drive

Anything that could be, by an uneducated listener such as my self, be called trance.

Seriously, belting it out at full blast doesn't make your soviet made tin can seem any better, and neither does it make us think that you've got the windows open for any reason other than lack of air conditioning.

"<url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1a_ikfUico>Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins, and "<url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJD0wPMqZ5Q>Final Countdown" from the Initial D soundtrack.

Speaking from personal experience.
