Alessandra Mussolini, the far-right Italian politician and granddaughter of Benito Mussolini
has claimed that his blood and brains are being offered for sale on the internet.
She said she had complained to police that remains taken from Mussolini?s body during a post mortem examination in April 1945 and preserved at a hospital in Milan had been offered on eBay for ?15,000 (£13,500).

No you can't.

The poster also does not make it clear that the article is about the discovery of the listing of his brain and blood, which went missing after they a post-mortem was done on him. This is much like Napoleon's penis. Eventually something like a brain will probably turn up in some rich persons unusual collection.

The listing was likely a hoax.
