It broke... And I though that she was fixed.JoJo said:Congrats! Was this planned or did you forget to use a condom?
For rats... I always see them in pet stores as pets and not as feeders, so I want to say somewhat not that uncommon.FalloutJack said:Hang on. Slight confusion on the me part. I have heard of pet mice, gerbils, guinea pigs, hamsters, moles, voles, and other little animals that you keep in a cage, but I was aware that anybody had actual pet rats. Is that common?
Well, I know that once they're past the pinkie stage they're adorable... But this will be my first lit of rats, so I'll see when they're born.Timeless Lavender said:Congrats. I hope that your little cuteness (Did you seriously called them ugly? )will grow up to be responsible citizens. Make sure their parents give them their support and love.
Don't know about common, but my cousin has had a pet rat for a while now. So not really that weird.FalloutJack said:Hang on. Slight confusion on the me part. Fairly common. They're called <url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fancy_rat>fancy rats, and they tend to be pretty good pets.FalloutJack said:Hang on. Slight confusion on the me part. Now I've got the image of rats with tiny hats and monocles in my head. It's a pretty awesome image, thanks!NeutralDrow said:They're called <url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fancy_rat>fancy rats, and they tend to be pretty good pets.

It's pretty common, every pet store has them and i owned a few myself, they were pretty smart and playful, they also ruined a bunch of my clothes and ate the internet cable.FalloutJack said:Hang on. Of course. Just imagine a mouse, only they're larger, more streamlined and they travel further when shot from a bow.FalloutJack said:Hang on. Slight confusion on the me part. It's pretty common, yes. I've got 4 rats myself. They make pretty good pets overall, though their main disadvantage is a short lifespan of usually 3 years. They're a lot like very small, very smart dogs.FalloutJack said:Hang on. Slight confusion on the me part.
