Name of the Chicago Disaster game?

Can anyone remember the name of the game which is set during a disaster in Chicago?

There was a trailer for it about half a year ago showing the protagonist running from some people, who are chasing him for his water. He then throws it on the floor and they all jump for it however the floor is actually a skylight and the chasers fall through. The scene then pans to a ruined Chicago, which then flashes back a certain number of days to when the city was not destroyed. Here the protagonist is walking down the street, talking on his mobile phone...that's all I remember.

I have no doubt this will generate masses amounts of views and an endless discussion but I really need to know. What was the name of this game and is it going to be released or has it been shelved?

This Google Search: VideoGame + Game + Post-Apocolyptic + Chicago

Resulted in "I Am Alive". A survival horror game by Ubisoft which was thrown back to the drawing board in January this year. Apparently it's being headed by one of the Assassins Creed 2 devs.

And Downfall, a cancelled game by Crystal Dynamics. The studio canned it in favour of Tomb Raider.
