Ok, well I'm new to the escapist, and I decided to start up a Naruto RP.
I want it to take place sometime during the Shippuuden Era.

Four Years after the start of the Shippuuden Arc, Newly trained Genin across the lands are getting prepared for the next Chuunin Examination which is to take place at Konoha. The Chuunin Exam is made up of 3 parts, the Written, the Forest of Death, and the Tournament.

Clan:Renkumi clan, famous for their dojutsu that can freeze chakra points They are the largest clan in Getsugakure

Appearence: 5'9",Slim, Short spiky jet black hair, when his dojutsu is active his eyes appear checkered black and white

Bio: Has been raised in his village to be the next leader of his clan. At 11, he went on his family's ritual of meditation for 3 months to unlock his dojutsu.

Personality: Seems cold to those that don't know him well. He does not hold anyone as close as his 20 year old brother,a jonin

Equipment: kunai, shuriken, and other basic equimpment as well as a special kunai with poison that, if injected into a chakra point, temporarily parylyzes the victim

Techniques: Chakra freezeing, mainly taijutsu

Characteristics:Higeki is about 5'9, athletic build, he wears his village forehead protector loosely around his neck, He has Long white bangs and is short and spiky in the back, has blue eyes, wears a ninja mesh V-neck shirt that is short sleeved on the right and long sleeved on the left, slim fitting dark blue capri pants, blue ninja tabbi, and blue fingerless gloves.

Bio:After thinking to have been dead Higeki's father fled to the Village hidden in the Rain and started a life there. Higeki was born half a year later, becoming one of the top-level Students of his class and becoming Genin at age 12.

Personality:Higeki is cocky, a smartass, always excited, and has very quick reflexes.

Equipment:Higeki Carries senbon and kunai in a pouch strapped to his thigh and his family tanta on his back in its' emerald colored sheath.

Techniques:Basic Suiton and Doton Jutsus although he is a great ninjutsu user he prefers taijutsu.

Name:Boku Hiroshi

Village: Hidden Grass

Clan:The Hiroshi clan is famous in the grass village for their use of dragon based Jutsu The jutsu are anywhere from summoning dragons to actually turning into dragons but that is something only the main branch has achieved

Rank: Genin

Characteristics: 5'10" with shaggy brown hair and green eyes. Wears a vest with a white shirt underneath with his clans symbol on it and dragons eye. His headband is tied around his right arm.

Bio: He was raised in the grass village from birth. He was excited to join the ninja academy and was a good student, he wasn't the best but he did well for his age group. when he graduated his father tested his elemental alignment. Finding he was a combination of earth and lightning he soon started training with the various jutsu's aligned with them. He was able to complete every mission he went on but was help from the previous chunin exams to make sure he was ready.

Personality: usually laid back and on the surface doesn't seem to care about much, but is alert to every thing around him. Very kind and will protect anybody from his village and its ally's.

Equipment:Kunai and a sword along with a Kama with a chain.
Techniques: Earth elemental and lighting elemental jutsu as well as a summoning jutsu and transformation justu.

Village: Kumogakure, Hidden Cloud

Characteristics: Short black hair that leans
to the right, extermly dark brown eyes, and a long scar running down his left arm. He is about 5'10", has a light tan, and is about 117 lbs. He wears a grey shirt underneath a dark blue jacket, and black pants with the left leg sleeve longer than the right.

Bio: He was born and raised in Kumogakure and lives with his family, the normal childhood. But throughout school he was talented in ninjutsu and taijutsu, not the best but he was talented. His father is his insperation to become a ninja, his father being a Jonin.

Personality: He is the all around nice guy, an extereme optimist, and a show minor signs of kleptomania.

Equipment: Kunai that he keeps strapped to his right leg, shurikens, smoke bombs, and poison darts

Techniques: Primarily ninjutsu, and taijutsu

Clan: The yamikaze clan has a large number of members with lightning and wind affinity chakra users. Secret jutsu includes the Kanmura, the art of using electricity to control your body beyond normal mortal speeds, and Kaze Kanryuu, a summoning jutsu that calls forth one of f dragons, formed by combining wind with one of the other elements, the strongest and most difficult to control is Kaze Majinryuu, a pure wind dragon. the dragon, can also be fused with the summoners body, resulting in different powers depending on the dragon,
Rank: Chuunin
Characteristics: 5'11", with long arms and legs, very dextrous, black hair (with sasuke's haircut), grey eyes, wears a blood red shirt, black pants, and a red face mask.
Bio: Bon to the leader of his clan, Docere, was trained in the secret are of his clan, he has mastered Kanmura, but has been unable to control any of the 5 elemental dragons. He passed the chuunin exam at8989 9, but has shown no real interest in becoming anything more than the head of is clan. He usually accepts working in different cells, filling in for injured or dead ninjas until a the normal team member heals, or permanent replacement is found.
Personality: Intelligent, quiet, and insightful, rivals shikamaru in shogi.
Equipment: Uses two koadachi swords, and senbon needles.
Techniques:He has made his own jutsu, Raikan, which forms 8 blades, about 6 inches long from the tips of his fingers, when combined with kanmura, has devastating potential. He plans to eventually fuse the blades with either lightning or wind to boost their power. He has also used this as a medical justu, performing basic surgery, and using lightning to cauterize wound and stauch bleeding. He can imbue his weapons with wind, to increase their sharpness, or electricity, causing them to seal wounds behind them, creating scar tissue, and preveting deep wounds from healing properly, keeping enemies off the battlefield for long periods of time. He is slow and weak by ninja standards, but he can incredible technical skill and intelligence.

Clan:The Natsuka Clan has been around for centuries in the hidden sand village. The main style of Techniques being puppet mastery, poision mixing and intense chakara contol allowing them to not be completely defenceless without their puppets. One famous member or should i say infamous member was Akasuna no Sasori

Characteristics: Shoulder length black hair with dark brown eyes about 164.1 cm tall and 47.3 kg. Tends to have a constant sarcastic grin. Dressed in long back cloak that drags the ground when moving, under he weres baggy white pants and shirt with black fingerless gloves
Bio: Dama started at a young age lerning everything he could about his hero Sasori at the age of 9 he had mstered the puppet justu and started working on his personal fighting style and techniques. His one goal was to become strong enough for the akatsuki to notice his skill and from him to take sasori's place as the most infamus puppet ninja
Personality: Mischievous and fun loving with an love for power he tends to play with his foes before giveing them a horrible death
Equipment: Damaphon carries around a belt with scrolls containing diffrent body parts for his taticle puppets along with haveing his cloak lined with explodeing notes as a last defence. his left arm has been removed and replaced with a wooden one that has 2 hidden traps built in. his only personal weapon is a katana keeps in a sheath on his back soaking in poision.
Techniques: Damaphon uses a combination puppet justu relesing the namy scrolls he has to form diffrent cominations allowing him to change fighting styles rapidly for most situations. coating many of his weapons with poisions are a main facter in battle it allows him to cripple, blind , silence or paralize his foes.

Bio: Raised as an orphan since he is the last of his clan he plans on becoming a strong shinobi to bring back his clan
Equipment: Has a scythe behind his back which is 4ft, and shuriken he wears the
Techniques:Hyōro no Jutsu=Ice Prison Jutsu, Hyōton: Kokuryū Bōfūsetsu = Ice dragon Jutsu can be strong but at current level is kinda weak,Makyō Hakuhyō = Demon ice mirror thin can create a mirror behind an enemy atacking him from behind and Makyō Hyōshō = Crystal Ice Mirrors which allows him to create mirrors around his enemys confusing them and allowing him to attack it also needs to be known that all his jutsus take alot out of him since he isn't that strong at this level

Bio: The senjo clan are based in the sound village, and have screech memory jutsu, the ability to produce a screeching noise which can bring back peoples repressed memories, causing them to have a temporary nervous breakdown

Personality: out landish,comical and loud most of the time, but can concentrate when needs be

Equipment: shuriken and kunai

Techniques:
He has been training hard since he was 8 to form his own techniques and jutsu, and as such created a variation of the summoning jutsu, instead of the regular solid being, he creates a dragonfly made entirely of sound waves, while solid enough to hit somebody, if you go anywhere near it you can temporarily lose your hearing.
He also has his families trademark jutsu, weeping dragon, which causes the enemies eyes to burn intensly, rendering their sight useless for the duration of the jutsu itself

Nameiroji Otekei
Age:13
Gender: Male
Village: Konoha
Clan: Otekei. A clan of shinobi dedicated to the use of the Katana. They have perfected a style known as "Ghost Stepping" which uses well timed body flicking, and fast foot work to make the opponent lose track of you momentarily. Masters of this art can fight an entire crowd of enemies, and leave them completly while he cuts them to ribbons. Along with Ghost Stepping the clan also has several other techniques relating to the sword.

Characteristics: Height; 5'4". Is currently still growing but right now is fairly slim. He has constantly messy deep blue hair. His eyes are purple, this is simply a freak occurence that isn't related to any Dojustsu. He wears a tan leather jacket with metal should plates and vanbraces attach for protection, on the back is his clan's symbol, three blades protruding from one sword hilt. At his belt he wears his sword. His shoes are made from very light, weight mateiral to avoid hindering his movements.
Bio: Born as the second son of the Patron of the Otekei clan, Diroji grew up learning the ways of his clan well. His father was a master of the clan's techniques and has always been anxious to pass his ways onto his sons. At age 12 Diroji graduated from the acedemy and earned his first sword. While his older brother will become the leader of the clan Diroji wishes to become a master of his clan's techniques to their fullest.
Personality: Diroji tries to act as mature, but still being an adolescent he regularly falls into fits of childishness. Being quite exitable he get's fired up very easily. He is also a bit of a training geek, spending much of his free time training.
Equipment: Katana, shurikens, and and some exploding tags.
Techniques:
Very skilled with his sword.
Novice Ghost Stepping: He can force his oppenent to lose track of him but not for too long. Also because of his training with this his body flicking and foot work are superior to that of most gennin.

This is a more open RP, don't really worry much about tying in completely with the story line.
I mean.. keep it Naruto.. but use you're imagination. Sure all the Uchiha clan is eradicated, but if thats what clan you want to be go for it.

The Chuunin exam from the series were 3 man teams, I don't plan on there being teams unless I get enough people to join.

Well the RPers will type out their characters' movements. (Ex. Higeki jumps away from the flying kunai, forming handseals as he lands. "Suiton Suikoudan No Jutsu!" He shouts, as a dragon composed of water erupts from the water behind him and shoots at his opponent.)
