Need help finding multiplayer game

My friends and I are looking for a new pc game to play together. Old or new doesn't really matter just looking for some suggestions to whats out there.

Games we currently play are Dawn of War 1 and 2, Sins of a Solar Empire, L4D2, Company Of Heroes, League of Legends.

Hm. Magicka. Not because it's similar, but because it's so much fun. You get to make strategies with friends and mess them up, kill each other and experiment with a lot of spells. It's mostly a parody of fantasy.

Old school: Total Annihilation and/or Masters of Orion 2. Real time and turn based strategy respectively.
More modern: Civ 5.

Personally I'd go old school, but that's me.

I can give you a "free" to play option if you like, tomorrow the open beta for battlefield play4free starts, It´s like a slimmed down BF2 with a bit better graphics, only 32 players and no 64 option though. It´s not like it´s better than BF2, but it´s free, unless you are willing to pay for some clothing or slightly enhanced weapons, but if you are good at fps games that wont make a big difference. if you look past the bugs that are there, I think its the best free fps game out there.

Rise Of Nations (2002). That is all.

It's a fantastic RTS mixing Age Of Empires and Civilization in a way. And is probably the best when you begin learning and playing it at the same time with a friend.
