Basically, I'm just wondering if there's a website or plugin that will allow me to see all the accounts that are associated with an email address, and potentially allow me to delete those accounts. I had an old Hotmail account, but when Microsoft transformed Hotmail into Outlook, I changed the email associated with my Microsoft account from a Hotmail account to a Gmail account using Outlook's alias mechanic. After that happened, Microsoft no longer seems to think that my old Hotmail account exists even though there are accounts still using it. Because of that, I now can't log in to any accounts using the old hotmail account, hence my desire to terminate them externally.

It doesn't work like that. Websites may allow you to log in using your email address as a username however there isn't any actual link between your email address and any accounts that use it (except for logging in with Google+ and maybe other examples). Your old email address may no longer be accessible but as long as you know the passwords any account that used it will still be accessible.

You have to log into those accounts and manually delete them or change the email address associated with them. If you can't remember all of your old accounts I suggest you search your email inbox for words like "account", "registered", "verify", etc and for all account related emails check what address they were sent to in order to separate them from up to date accounts, assuming you still have access to emails that old in your current inbox, though if you can't remember your old dormant accounts there's no harm in leaving them alone.

Also I'm not certain how Outlook aliases work however I suspect that you may still be receiving emails sent to your old account even if you no longer use it to log in so updating your old accounts probably won't make any noticeable difference.
