Need help identifying this character. [Image inside]

Ladies and gents,

I was browsing the interbutts the other day and came across this image.

Now usually this would be nothing of interest and I would just move on. Except this time
I recognized this toy from my childhood. It was one of my favorite action figures.

How does this involve you? I have no idea what this character is called, and I'm hoping one of you does.

For discussion purposes: Did you have a favorite toy when you were a youngling? Do you still have that toy or was it buried with your other toys as you grew up.

That big chin guy remind me of that henchman from that show Biker Mice From Mar but I not sure if that him for sure (it could be from Toxic Crusader cartoon show).

Anyway I did had a favourite toy when I was little as evident I kept carrying it around with me (I was a Go-bot or Transformers that transform into an airplane).
Sadly it had dissapear (I don't remember having it when I grow up) so the alternative would be my Transformers Grimlock and Sixshot which the two are store in my dad garage.

Not really, I have no clue who that is, neither of them.
As for favourite toy, well first I had my Superman toy but I decided he should go save the animals on the forest and let him go on a toy boat I had on a river in the forest, then it was an action figure of a cowboy that I had but when I was moving from that city to another one I decided that was his home so I buried him on the backyard, then it was a Buzz Lightyear toy I had but my 2 year old neighbour wanted it so I just gave it to him and then I discovered Lego and I stuck with that for a while [small](until I was 14)[/small] and then I gave them to a friend just because, I really don't have any of my old toys anymore the closest thing I guess would be my good old Nintendo 64 which is still around even though doesn't work anymore [small](Though I do have a functional one too)[/small] I think that was it.

My favorite toy (And one of the few I still have) is a Hercules from McDonalds that I got back when the movie was out.
